5I take these with my evening meal and find that it helps with my digestion. I wake up in the morning feeling good and less bloated than i do without them. I combine these with Thermopure and have lost 9kgs in 3 months. I workout 3-4 times a week and try and eat a balanced diet.Goes Well With:Thermopure

Great results
5I am a very active person who exercises 5/6 days a week more often than not, which involves a mixture of weight training and swimming. When trying to lose my 'lock down' fat, I found reducing body fat slower than I remember (Getting old, gulp). Since taking CLA, I have noticed fat, especially belly fat, reduce quicker than compared to several months pervious. Note that I do exercise hard still, so don't think you can just take these pills without putting the physical effort it. I take the recommended serving with my breakfast, which is also an hour or two prior to when I usually exercise. Goes Well With:Liquid L-Carnitine Amino Acid

Worth a try
5These are ideal to take along side a normal balanced diet. I find these best to take with food, as on a empty stomach they repeat on you.Goes Well With:Balanced healthy diet and after a meal

Too early to tell
4Easy to swallow, tasteless and don't smell like some other supplements. Only been taking for a couple of weeks so hard to tell if they've had an effect.

Effective supplement
4After taking these for a good few months. Noticed the difference in the helping loose the stubborn fat when my weight loss became stagnant. Would recommend Goes Well With:Water. Take like a tablet

Great product
5Excellent product, have been using this for only 2 weeks and have noticed results. I exercise around 4-6 times per week which have really helped the results, got rid of a lot of belly fat
