Great source of omega 6
5So I initially started this product a while back, maybe 6-12 months ago. This time around I got an amazing discount in the sale so I bought them x3. Throughout the time I have been taking them I have been on a controlled diet and exercise plan consisting of weights and running. I am a novice/beginner. I was advised to prevent injury to incorporate omega 3 and 6 in my diet. I also was advised that this product helps tackle belly fat. I went from 14st 4 to 12st 10. I have lost a lot of belly fat that I have never lost previously, again I don’t know if it is owed to this product or from the combination of lifestyle changes. What I do know is, I love this product and take 2 soft gels daily. I think this is a hidden gem product and well worth incorporating into your diet Goes Well With:Healthy lifestyle

1Gave me serious heart palpitations, been suffering for 10 days now and still am. Haven’t been able to go gym/work or even leave the house due to how bad these palpitations are getting thanks too these drugs!

5Never leave reviews but thought I'd take the time too. Trained since new year weight lifting x5 a week and eating well and in a slight calorie deficit, these have helped me loose weight massively. I have dropped 1 stone and 6 pounds in 10 and a half weeks but have also ate around 300g chocolate and 2-3 cheat meals a week (Take away or high calorie home made) so would say these have helped alot. I am now 13 stone and 2 pounds. Goes Well With:Ashwaganda Multi vitamin Omega 3 T perform Tribulis
