My boyfriend has recently had an operation to remove his oesophagus having a tumour removed, and he being an avid fitness fanatic wanted to maintain size, this was SUCH an easy way for him to get an extra 500 calories and be absolutely loved the taste; we ordered some more in raspberry and lemonade and he loves them both!
