Great all round
5These cod liver oil tablets are very good for the price. They contain everything you need, rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA DHA with vitamins D and A. Check the ingredients of others, they dont all have these extra's in making these even better value for money. Combined with MyProtein's offers they are incredibly good value for money. Simple to take, 1 a day, no taste. Easy peasyGoes Well With:Anything and everything

Quality at a good price
5You get a faint whiff of fish when first opening the pot which is a good sign. This is the cheapest Cod liver oil I've ever found without compromising on quality. I don't get it anywhere else!Goes Well With:Your joints

Knee pains
5My knee usually gets sore after a workout because it’s prone to dislocating and I just have very weak legs in general. I feel after 3 weeks my legs aren’t as sore and stiff during and after a workout. I would recommend to anyone with the same problem as me !

Nice
4Have only been using this for 2 weeks to be able to give a full on detailed review however, I have felt a difference in my energy. I feel more energised and less tired which helps me a lot as I’m low in iron. I have also seen changed in my skin and hair, they look smoother/shinier and my hair and nails feel stronger Goes Well With:Water after breakfast and after vitamins
