Glad I tried it
4I went for the banana total breakfast. The taste was... acceptable. It wasn't bad by any means. Now after a couple of weeks I can say I actually quite enjoy the flavour. The mix itself needs time. I haven't had a lump free one yet, no matter how long or hard I shake for (in standard shaker). All in all I'd say if your considering it, I'd go for it. I have it as my early to mid morning snack. Goes Well With:Water

5I think this taste great, i found mixing it up in my bullet blender, makes it lovely and fluffy the taste is great not to sweet and not to over powering, i habe this due to just having gastric sleeve and need ti keep up my protine and vitamins to kick start your day Goes Well With:Nice and cold and blended

breakfast shake
4Been mixing it with oats, milk and a banana on a morning before work, sometimes peanutt butter. Doesnt have a huge taste but goes well with other things. Very filling but doesnt seem to go as far as normal whey, even though the bag is the same size and I us 1 scoop a day. Still great for me though because it replaces a full breakfast. Goes Well With:Oats, Banana, Milk, Water, Peanutt butter.

Not great
1Taking into consideration that this is to be taken at breakfast, it's not good. The taste is terrible and has a chemical taste, it's uncomfortably thick and doesn't matter how long you shake it, still massive lumps. Very disappointed in this product.

Breakfast solved
4I was looking for an easy and nutritious solution to my breakfast problem. I wake up early (5am) and run before work. If I have breakfast after my run, I'd have to wait until 9am generally, and by then I am way too hungry. Also, I found that my body couldn't perform a good run early in the morning with no fuel for breakfast. On the other hand, any solid food would also interfere with my running. Enter Total Breakfast....My breakfast issue solved. I couldn't believe how much more energy I could apply to my running. I find that it keeps me full and satisfied until lunch. The recommended recipe didn't work for me either. My recommended recipe is 30g total breakfast with cold water, mix it well in blender; leave it in the fridge overnight. I started adding superfood xs and total greens to add more vitamins and minerals. I can see and feel the difference not only for my body but also my focus and attention at work. I am female, 44yrs old, 56kg and 163cm; you'd probably have to adjust the recipe according to your size and needs. I find the milk makes it too thick; prefer water.Goes Well With:superfood xs and total greens and water

Great - but where have all the flavours gone?
5I've been using this product for at least a year now and I love it. I rarely have time to eat in the morning, and am not hungry till 10ish at the earliest so this shake is perfect for me. I find that I put a little milk 100-200 ml in a shaker, half fill the shaker with water, put the two and a half scoops in, shake it up, let it settle, shake again then top it up with water and a final shake. doing it this way i never get any lumps Unfortunately they have reduced the flavours to banana and chocolate smooth... I don't like banana flavored things and have tried chocolate smooth on a different powder and wasn't impressed. I love vanilla - hopefully they bring that flavour back, otherwise I am going to have to find an alternative for breakfast. Goes Well With:100-200ml milk and water

Fills you up
5Bought banana flavour, I like it but you can taste the sweetness. I mix 500ml water with 2 and a bit scoops and I've stopped feeling hungry in the morning, even when I eat my lunch 5 hours later I'm not as hungry as I used to be. Noticed it was lumpy so bought a ninja bullet and now it's lovely and smooth. Great product I will be ordering again. Goes Well With:Water, ice, nutri ninja

Quick easy breakfast
3To start with I was very disappointed. I mixed this up in accordance with the instructions but needed a lot more liquid than stated and then I needed 2 shakers to mix it all up and it didn't taste very good. I then played around with the mixing and found that 1 scoop with 300ml of milk was just right. There will be a few small lumps but I find if you can leave it in the fridge for an hour or overnight this usually sorts this problem out. It also tastes pretty good as well. Doesn't really fill me up till lunchtime but that's probably just me, I'm always hungry! I mix this with milk. I tried with almond milk but it doesn't taste so good. Less calories in almond milk but as I am only using 1 scoop this balances out. I would recommend this. Goes Well With:Milk
