This is great for breakfast as it is certainly filling, however it is incredibly thick and quite hard to stomach... you do get used to it after a few days. I found mixing with unsweetened almond milk is much nicer, however is it hard to mix to a smooth texture.

i got the vanilla flavour - i only use one scoop and about 300 ml milk with whatever fruit is leftover and i actually look forward to breakfast now. it mixes fine, tastes great and keeps me going til elevenses. good stuff.
