Very nice and easy
5Easier to take than normal creatine powder. Can have 3 in the van ready to go. Only issue is they all come individually wrapped but thats the only down side

5Actually pretty good, no nasty taste works really well, found myself eating them like sweets, which might not be a good idea, but no ill effects
