4These creatine gummies have assisted me through the beginning on my gym journey. The information provided on packaging could not be clearer at 6 a day with effectiveness noticeable after around 1 week of daily doeses. The taste is a strong lemon taste however it would be amazing in flavours such as apple or raspberry. The only downside of these specific gummies is tgat they do come across a bit powdery.
