Taste good but the SALT
3wanted to try something other than pea and whey due to sensitivity. This tastes good but wow 1g of salt per scoop!? Really? Its fine if having 1 scoop a day but for someone who wanted to have 4 scoops per day its 60 percent of your daily salt allowance

Absolutely amazing when used for baking
5I use this as a replacement for liquid egg whites to make Greg Doucette style french toast and blueberry pancakes as it's extremely difficult to find liquid egg whites near me. It is the best replacement since it gives it delicious flavour and the vanilla does not taste eggy at all. It is also very cost effective. One thing I will say it does not mix well as a stand alone protein shake and creates a lot of foam. However if you're blending it with a nutri-bullet or standard blender it will bind together correctly as long as you're blending it with something solid like oats. Goes Well With:Protein french toast, protein pancakes

The best source of protein
4Definitely the best source of protein by far, the purest and it gives the best results. I am feeling and looking lean and I have much more energy in the gym and during my cardio workouts! I use one scoop a day which is 23g of protein and basically no carbs! Again, great for leaning out. I have it for breakfast blended with oats, frozen fruit, kale or spinach, honey and coconut milk. The taste is awful on its own and doesn’t even really work with whey protein either. I’d always blend it as a smoothie for the best results Goes Well With:Frozen fruit, oats, coconut milk

Eggs Glorious Eggs
5Great supplement to increase protein, I add it to shakes, I prefer unflavoured as 100% egg white, does smell like the main ingredient but can't really taste it once added with chocolate protein. Recommend giving it a go. Thanks MYP

Great product
5This goes a bit frothy but at least it mixes and tastes ok tooGoes Well With:Long cardio sessions due to the protein being slow digesting

Fine for recipes (difficult to dissolve though) , not as a drink
3As a drink I use whey protein powder which dissolves fine but egg white seems to stay lumpy and the chocolate flavour doesn't hide the slightly odd taste of the egg white. In recipes it seems to work fine although it's not easy to dissolve and I often end up with a few small lumps but once cooked you don't seem to notice them/ maybe they break up in the cooking process. Goes Well With:Use in protein cake recipes

One of the worst tasting things I’ve eaten
1Genuinely terrible taste with a weird smell and ghastly aftertaste. I checked to see if my package was expired but it expires the next year. Nothing about this is reminiscent of eggs. I fried it - disgusting I mixed it with flavoured whey - disgusting Tried making pancakes - disgusting I’m perplexed by the amount of positive feedback this has gotten I don’t understand it honestly. I made it as instructed and its all the same bad taste. I can’t speak on the other flavours of egg white since I bought the unflavoured option but definitely not risking buying them. Goes Well With:Nothing

Excellent!!!
5This is my secret to transform protein smoothies into cakes when I want to 'treat' myself! The vanilla flavour is perfect and you don't taste/smell the egg at all.Goes Well With:Almond milk and oat to bake my protein shake into a cake

Unfortunate taste
3I’m a newly formed ethical vEGGan (I can no longer accept being a part of murder and mindless exploitation of animals) so I was looking for an ethical source of animal protein (I still remain an omnivorous mammal and I don’t think that excluding any group of foods entirely out of your diet is healthy). Milk taken from an artificially inseminated cow, meant for her calf, is complete out of the question so whey protein is out of the picture. Hens produce eggs continually throughout their life, most of which remain unfertilised and often go to waste in nature. I therefore find eating those eggs ethically acceptable. So I tried the unflavoured Egg White powder to supplement my daily diet and my training - must say the taste will take some getting used to. It’s quite overpowering and difficult to mask. Goes Well With:Strong flavoured fruity juice to mix with, to mask some of the intensely eggy taste of this product.

choc egg powder review
5I normally never post reviews but this time I have to because from myprotein this is the best powder I have tried so far. very tasty and smooth. In terms of mix not as good as choc whey protein but way better than both choc beef protein or choc vegan one. Not as sticky as the beef one which has a good flavor as well and way tastier than the vegan one. also tastes less artificial than the regular whey. Goes Well With:oat milk and water
