5I have recently been going back on to the Keto Diet and started to take these to help with Keto flu and the electrolyte unbalance. They are quite large tablets and you can taste the salt but they are still edible quickly. Goes Well With:A large drink of water.

A game changer!
5These work fantastic for me. I run a lot and found I got headaches a few hours after very hard, very hot or very long runs. I drank water and sometimes some salt after my runs but this didn't really help. I started taking 2 of these tablets with water after my return from my runs and my headaches don't happen now. I will also take a couple of tablets with me (wrapped in cling film) for the end of marathons as I often get cramp at about 22 miles onwards. They are kind on your stomach and don't make you feel nauseous. Goes Well With:Water and Vegan clear protein drink.

5Adding these pre and post workouts where I sweat alot and push hard paired with drinking more water throughout the day has transformed how I feel and perform. Must have supplement.

Brilliant for keto
5Started keto diet and was really tired, after starting taking these my energy levels were back to normal. Also stoped the consistent leg cramps I've had for years!!!

amazing results
5I suffered from extremely bad cramps on both of my legs after an intense leg session at the gym or badminton games. However i have been taking these and they have helped me significantly, since taking these i can now train with the same intensity without worrying about cramps.

Not the best
3I would not purchase again. Not a great % of daily requirements and they now contain magnesium oxide. I will prepare my own in future. On the plus side, easy to swallow and no horrid aftertaste.

Awesome value electrolytes!
5Great, easy way to stay properly hydrated, especially after heavy sweaty workouts/rides in the heat - I take one before, and one after for recovery, alongside electrolyte powder/water mix during exercise. Makes such a difference for muscles and mind! Amazing value too in this tablet form.Goes Well With:Whey Protein Isolate shake, for muscle recovery post exercise

Great
5Great for that post run day when I used to get nausea and headaches, however much water I had put away. A couple of these a day and especially straight after exertion does the trick. Mild salty taste but really no big deal. I’ve been suffering with running side effects for years and am delighted with these. Recommend.
