5A great bcaa mix, use it every session and has never left me feeling bloated or full. Taste could do with tweaking slightly as it tastes quite different to what i would expect.Goes Well With:Water

My mistake
4Ordered the none flavoured one in error, and it is absolutely disgusting! Doesn't matter what you try to mix it with, it's like someone has spiked your smoothie with cement powder. Will try the flavoured one next time, and if that's just as bad then I will go back to NXT.Goes Well With:A screwed up face.

5This company is outstanding! I’ve been using their stuff for a few years now, and the difference in my body and health with the help of their products is unbelievable! Best tasting BCAA I have tried from MyProtein
4I have no idea if this works at all tbh as I have been using the BCAA 2:1:1 and recently tried this one. This tastes much better than the other I used to have which was the 2:1:1 Blue Raspberry which tasts very chemical like.Goes Well With:Water

Don't get the unflavoured one!
1Having previously used the blue raspberry flavoured version and that not being available, I bought the unflavoured version to add to squash. The powder does not mix with water in a shaker, so you have a layer of powder floating on the top. It will be incorporated in a protein shake ( made with milk) if you use an electric blender. However, it tastes so vile it ruins the taste of the shake! It is so bitter, I'm sure it could be used instead of Bitrex! If you enjoy a challenge, go for it, but I'd choose a flavoured one if you don't! As for effectiveness...difficult to tell as it's such a challenge to consume!Goes Well With:Washing powder!
