BCAAs - definitely essentail!
5I take two before and two after each session. Certainly worth getting them as it helps my recovery and the B6 to deal with fatigue, my sessions are quite hard going so every little helps! Although they are large I've had no issue with taking them, just have a large mouthful of water and swallow!

A necessity for any gym goer
5Great product, I started taking this at the same time as MP Creatine and pre workout. I noticed a big difference in my workouts within a couple of weeks, I have more energy, recovery is so much better and started lifting much heavier. I’m now lifting nearly double what I started at. I work in cabin crew so I live a hectic schedule and workout when I can but these have definitely helped me improve! Only downside being they are big tablets and can be quite hard to swallow and they taste vile, that’s not a moan they are still brilliant and much prefer taking them as tablets rather than a powder. I take 2 before a workout with 5g of creatine & sometimes preworkout is I’m feeling sluggish and 2 after with my protein shakeGoes Well With:Water, pre workout, creatine

Excellent Product!
5Excellent product, take pre & post workout. Has helped recovery and muscle retention! Had a couple of years not using them, after 3 weeks I already noticed a difference in my workouts.

Does the job nicely
5Before buying these I read the reviews on here whichever i have to say did have me in stitches!! 😂 All the talk of how big they were and how big your throat needs to be! I have to say I think people were just having a bit of fun because these are perfectly reasonably sized and I can swallow no problem with water - even 2 at a time so don’t be put off. Haven’t took them long enough to check results yet so may check back in on that. As for taste - we’ll what we’re you expecting... Reece’s Pieces?! We’re not taking this stuff cause of the taste - as long as it works that’s good enough for me. Keep up the good work my protein Goes Well With:Vanilla Whey shake mixed with water. (The flavourless of the whey helps mask the flavour of the tablets!)
