5These tablets are awesome! I don't feel the boost that many have stated in their comments although I do feel a lot more fresh throughout the day. I keep starting up running every now and then but recently I've been running everyday and my muscles and joints have been so sore! Yet after just one day of These guys I definitely feel a big difference....less pain and easier movement. Many reviews say that they are too big... honestly I didn't imagine how big yhey could be.... hence the title. They are gigantic.... a bit too tough to swallow sometimes esp on the early morning runs. This for me is a massive disadvantage however I will persevere! Other than that these are a must have as part of any routine workout! Goes Well With:Lots of water

5Great product! Gives me such good energy for my workouts and I feel my metabolism is back to where it was! Highly recommended! Goes Well With:A glass of water to start your workout and finish it.

BCAA- best consumer additive AVER!
5My cautionary tale is that I forgot to take these one day and subsequently spent the whole next day in a muscle-soreness, can't-move, so-grumpy SLUMP. You forget how well these work until you don't take them after a hard work out! Definitely makes all the difference for me and I highly recommend them. Don't understand the complaints about the pill sizes either - easy to swallow and either way, worth the hassle!

4Quite a large size pill for some to swallow, but remains a good convienent way of taking a supplement on the go.Goes Well With:Orange juice/ something reasonable acidic (to aid digestion)

Best BCAA I have ever used
5I was in the military forces, when i started using that product. We had to run a lot, but it doesn´t build muscle, instead of it, you will start losing it. So I searched for some product that will let keep my gains. When I had taken those tablets for few weeks I noticed that my strength was improved and I had not lost any muscle anymore. Before taking those tablets, I was able to do 25 pull ups, but after about month I did 35 pull ups. Yep, we trained lots of durability as well. I felt more energy when, I woke up and those were fantastic gainz. So I recommend it to anybody, who wants build muscle or maintain their muscle during dieting.Goes Well With:creatine ethyl ester, impact whey
