5They seem to be working less aching day after seems to be able to do more day after workout they seem to be working very good stuff another great product from my protein excellent stuff Goes Well With:Tablet take with protein shake I take 2 in morning and 2 in the afternoon goes well that way great stuff

5Great product, does the job would definitely recommend the only downside is the huge tablets but u can always break them up to smaller pieces if you struggle to swallow.Goes Well With:CLA and Clear Whey isolate

5Love these for workout recovery. The difference between when I workout and don’t take these compared to when I do take them. I’m ready to go back to the gym the next day! They’re great!

4Cookies are bit bland BUT still tasty to enjoy. 38g protein and low sugar it's perfect for pre or post workout also no bloating with them.Goes Well With:BCAA drinks

Works for me
5I had mixed feelings at first but having taken these for over a month now, I can say it does make a difference. I have less soreness the following day after a heavy workout and look forward to hitting the gym again.

It worked for me!
5I have cycled 400km in 28 days for charity. I took 2 tablets before cycling and 1 after.( I forgot a few times) I did all my workouts after long 10-11 hours at work and on my days off too. With these essential amino acids I had fast recovery- almost no muscle pain the next day.I am used to exercise so it might not work the same way for beginners but overall I was very impressed, helped me to achieve my goal. It does what it says.Will continue taking it before my gym workouts. Goes Well With:Water
