5As someone who doesn't oily fish and can't get much omega 3 through food, these are a perfect affordable way of me getting those nutrients in.

Worth it's weight in gold
5Tasteless and easy to swallow. Massive All round health benefits by taking the omega 3 and I recommend people invest in that health sooner rather than later. Worth their weight in gold, I certainly would not be without them

5Omega-3 is good for you right? So just take it. Haven't done the research on myself to determine how effective it is but luckily there is research out there to support its use, so if you don't consume enough omega 3 naturally likely just supplement with this!Goes Well With:water

5I though that these have helped me massively since starting the gym as I only take these and protein powder at the moment but so far so good building a better structure and feeling 1000% better in myself and so much fresher as the more I go the better I feel and these supplements must be doing something good to me
