Omega 3 the 🐐
5I've been taking Omega 3 since I started exercising over a year ago and since then I can 100% confirm that it's amazing for your joint health and skin as both have noticeably improved since I started taking the supplement. Its also super cheap which is nice :D

4Only complaint is that is not more DHA + EPA per capsule. For this price though, really good value.
