4Smell isn’t great and the aftertaste isn’t too good either, but to be honest that’s to be expected with the nature of the product. Easy to take with a bit of water and seems to be pretty beneficial.Goes Well With:Water

Soya bean oil 🤦♂️
3The product is easy to consume, but difficult to digest. I don't like that it has Soya bean oil as you really would like to have the pure cod liver for maximum omega 3 ratio, althiugh EPA and DHA amount is still decent Also I get a strong regurgitation of fish odour after only one capsule, yet it says take up to 3, I wouldn't dare as I would probably have stomach crampsGoes Well With:Vita D supplement

5Only started taking omega-3 along with some other supplements such as multi-vit and zinc around mid Jan and feel great for it and hopefully be end of feb really seeing the benefits. Goes Well With:Water
