5Needed an omega supplement and saw these, although rather big to swallow even for me that struggles with tablets but being the shape they are was ok to take. Great quality and great products too

Easy to swallow
4As someone who struggles with taking tablets/vitamins, I was unsure if I would be able to due to the size of these. However, with the squishy and rubbery costing it was easy to swallow. Goes Well With:Any liquid of choice
