5They have a nice taste, easy to ingest and swallow. Overall, I haven't seen much difference ever since taking them, but I don't have a lot of fish in my diet so I believe they are a needed part of my day. Goes Well With:Water

5The omega 3 tablets are great. The soft m shell form makes it so easy and smooth to swallow, and doesn’t leave a bitter taste in your mouth. The effectiveness is like I’ve never experienced before. Ever since I started taking the omega 3 supplements, I have not once gotten any form of common cold. It’s brilliant.Goes Well With:The supplements go with anything. I usually drink orange juice or apple and blackcurrant squash and I’ve never had any issues swallowing it with these mixers.
