5I've been using this product for years and I’m so happy with it. Myprotein has always provided me great results with any product I have consumed. Amazing mixability, consistency and great overall. 4I take these daily and really only because I've heard and researched over the years that they are really good for you and will support a lot of internal bodily functions, supporting relaxation of arteries and helps any inflammation among other things.... I've never felt different in a positive or negative way through taking these and they have a very fishy after taste.Goes Well With:Goes well with water... gors down nice but always have fishy burps an hour or so later
