5Taking a fish oil supplement is something we should all be doing unless you’re eating oily fish regularly. This offering contains a massive helping of your daily needs and unlike other fish oils there is no unpleasant back taste that comes along later in the day

5Really easy to use no issue swallowing them Doesn’t have a taste unless popped which you don’t want to do. Good to use at young and old food for the heart and functioning Goes Well With:Everything. I even sometimes use a protein shake to swallow then
