Good effective omega 3
4After months of issues with training I decided to see if it was my omega 3 levels, it was one part of it, I can now hit that run or gym session a little harder, mixability is good and I have no aftertaste, the capsules are on the bigger side, that's my only issue but overall good product Goes Well With:Clear whey or blue raspberry creatine
