10 pounds for three months of pain free joints? Yes please!
5Did the trick after 3-4 days. Been having problems with my wrists, wich caused my performance in gym, especially in exercises involving dumbells, to become stagnant do to the pain caused when lifting heavy. Like i said, after a few days, the pain was gone and i was able to lift more heavy thus increasing my performance.Goes Well With:With a sip of water ;)

Best joint plus so far
5Few years ago was struggling with pain in my wrists and joints. The pain was gone after a few weeks of taking joint plus. I keep taking them, but just 1 every day and feel fine with that.Goes Well With:Other vitamins

Seems to be working
4My left wrist has been in pain for a good few months after lifting heavy weights, I started using wrist supports to help but the pain didn't go away. I have been taking these for approx. 2 weeks now and the pain seems to have subsided. I don't know if I need to continue to take forever but we will see when the bottle runs out. Goes Well With:BCAA's
