Erratic and sick
1Took this for 2 days, minute I took each one I got a headache then felt really off all day. Feel very out of it and so erratic and nauseous. Will definitely be stopping these!! Goes Well With:Not taking them

Gave me stomach cramps and sickness
1Not good, had to stop taking them.. a week in I started to feel off, but thought it was just getting used to them, then started to feel nauseous and a little erratic.. only thing I had changed in my intake was taking these.. once I stopped I started to feel normal again.. so based on my experience I wouldn't recommend.

Really good
5These vitamins absolutely work for balancing hormones, I’m 19 and have PCOS hence hormones are all over the place. I’ve found these really work in improving my skin - I no longer get hormonal (I ran out of these for a week while they were sold out and the spots came back !!). I can’t say they have worked for weight loss/appetite control however this isn’t my goal.Goes Well With:Not 100% sure if this is ok but I take 4 per day as they aren’t as high in inositol as other vitamins.

Brilliant Product - please do not discontinue!!!
5Brilliant product - i always stock up when available, please never discontinue product and sell in larger volumes! I suffer from PCOS and Endo and this supplement makes a massive difference

Great for skin and balancing your mood and period pains
4I first purchased hormone balance in 2021 and have used it everyday since and the biggest benefit for me has been around my period symptoms, less pain and bad skin so I’ve really felt the benefit My skin overall has been better but I notice it most on those days in lead up to my period which I used to have awful skin! Only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is that I wish you could buy bigger pots so I don’t have to restock so oftenGoes Well With:Maca

Life changing!
5Bought these late last year and WOW! these are amazing, no more bloating, hunger, tirednes or painful cramps, regular and light cycles, don't even feel like I'm on a period anymore, when it's that time of the month. Would highly recommend giving these a go. Goes Well With:Water

Definitely works
5Made my implant less effective so if you’re using contraception, don’t take these but they definitely work
