Worth it
4No ability is great, very thin liquid easy for downing post WO. Taste isn’t great but with some flavour drops it’s fine. Very quick on digestion too, would recommend!Goes Well With:Flavdrops

3I have only used this product 4 times so I can't really comment about its effectiveness but because I was only given one option regarding flavour from the drop down menu I can say it's tastes absolute disgusting almost dishwater so 1 star rated.

5Been out the game since 2015 only just started back up always use this when cage fighting and training good stuff taste not so good but you want it to work after training this is the stuff to use fast absorb into system Goes Well With:You can mix and match jucie flavours drops or milkshake powder

Hydrolysed Protein a hype?
5I purchased this to see if the hype was well hype! First i have used MP for years and even though prices have risen, they still provide the best quality products at great prices. I became lactose intolerant and thought i would give this a go, as i really wanted to still use Whey. The isolate i tried first was better but still gave digestive issues after a period of use. This however i have used twice a day for over 6 months with no issues, it's help me retain strength and muscle in a cutting phase too. O.K so no flavoured variety, just get the flavour drops, i use it in porridge or blend with fruit, no issues and tastes great. I know some will say delays rapid absorption but in reality whey digests fast in any event. It is drinkable on it's own, taste as some have said like horllicks, it is stronger than the unflavoured Isolate though. In all a great product and if you get it in a sale, i think it is a great price. It is by far cheaper than anyone else producing a hydrolysed whey. Goes Well With:Fruit, in Porridge or a smoothie
