Wierd taste but not so bad
5Taste a bit wierd but effect well maybe just the cola taste not the best choice. Feel the difference gives a kick for the muscle develope Goes Well With:Protein

BCAA 2:1:1
5I’ve tried about 5 different flavours and all seems to mix well. Add to some water give it a good shake leave it for a couple of minutes shake again and seems to all dissolve really well. Once mixed fully the taste is great in all the flavours of you don’t shake it well enough you can taste the powder still. Grape flavour seems to froth up a bit more so I normally leave it a bit longer to rest after shaking. Since taking I’ve noticed muscle size increase definitely a supplement to not go without. Goes Well With:Sometimes I’ll mix in unflavoured creatine just to save on having multiple shakes.

4Great product the best Iv had. Mixes well, the taste is exceptional and price is unbeatable for quality of product. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice tasting good quality bcaa Would be nice to see a longer scoop to prevent it sinking to the bottom of the bag. Goes Well With:Water and unflavoured creatine

Wow is it bitter!
4I had to get the unflavoured BCAA mix as I'm allergic to citrus/citric acid, it's so bitter tasting but mixes into squash no problem, put a bit extra into a normal protein shake It foams up at first but settles after a bit.Goes Well With:Fruit squash or other protein shake

Definitely Avoid
1Took for a week and a half. Really started to notice a drop in mood, tiredness and lack of self motivation. After looking up what might be causing this I saw it contains E129, which is linked with psychology disorders. As for muscle recovery performance I think it did help but definitely wasn’t worth it.

The taste is too much
2The taste makes this un drinkable and it does t mix down very well, it could be the flavour is bought but I have been told that most bcaa don’t taste nice anyways
