It does what it says
4It does what you would expect it to do. Have improved my size and performance. However the unflavoured option, I wouldn’t go for again, it doesn’t tease nice.

Great taste, fills me up
4I read that this is a great product to have at night but I have it in the morning because it tastes great with my breakfast and makes me feel full for hours. Goes Well With:My breakfast pancakes !

5My bedtime meal go to! Compliments other protein types I use from MYP, chocolate flavour help my sweet cravingsGoes Well With:I mix it with my fat free yoghurt and a little almond milk to smooth it through. Makes a tasty “dessert” before bed

Slow realise casein. My protein
5Have been using this product for last few weeks. It has a lovely taste is very satisfying and helps stop me night eating, also helped improve sleep quality. Very satisfied with product. LindaGoes Well With:You should try it if you have any of the above problems.

Prefer over impact whey
5I’ve been having vanilla casein for a while now and I actually prefer it to the impact whey. I have a scoop in my porridge each morning and it mixes brilliantly, however, when I have had it as a shake it isn’t quite as good as impact whey. I haven’t noticed any difference since changing to casein which to me suggests it has the exact same effect. Definitely found my new go to.Goes Well With:Produce, cows milk/oat milk, vanilla flav drops for a little extra spice.

So much foam :(
1Like mentioned on other reviews I’m afraid to say this mixes in a really poor fashion. It creates so much foam (I’ve just slow & fast shakes) but it always foams up so so much and makes it pretty difficult to consume. Shame because it tastes ok but the foam just ruins it. I love the impact whey so it is a shame that this isn’t as good.

All foam
1I’ve gone by the suggested use for my strawberry casein and after a few seconds of mixing the mixture just turns completely into foam
