4I didnt open it yet.i am living in Saudi Arabia and quit skeptical about the Duty charges and all.I was really confused as could i end up paying more.Fortunatley i was charged 20 Rayals extra on credit card and no other hidden charge.they delivered it right from Uk to ur doorstep in Saudi.They answer every query.Thumbs of for their services.So i thnk if u r ordering it to Saudi just add 3.5% tax on ur Order price and thats it.the other thing u know they deliver it to ur doorstep.As their no middle man involved,it i sure 100 percent genuine.

5Doesn’t taste great as I had unflavoured just drop some flavedrops or a splash of cordial and it’s ace, have before bed sets me up for the next day

5Great product.I have a scoop of this every night a couple of hours before bed time. I either mix it with almond milk or greek yogurt depending on my hungerGoes Well With:Almond milk, greek yogurt

5Been using this for a few years now whenever I've been on a long run, and more so in the last few months since starting a strength training programme (I have it every night now). I always find this reduces DOMs the next day, and speeds up recovery. Taste isn't the best, I get the chocolate flavour which is just above palatable, and takes some getting used to. Having said that mixing with milk does improve the taste quite a bit, but I limit my milk intake so I just go with water. But I'm not looking for an amazing taste with these things anyway, and it is definitely worth it in my opinion... i like going to sleep knowing im being drip fed protein through the night! Mixes ok... needs a good shake. I'd recommend this as long as you're not looking for an amazing taste.Goes Well With:Water right before bed Mixing with milk improves the taste

Slow release casine
2Hard to drink as it's very frothy. Tastes ok. If you do get it I would recommend mixing gently then leave in fridge to at least 30 mins. Easier to drink but still a bit frothy at the end. I won't be getting this again.

5Really lime this although next time I will get vanilla. The unflavoured isn't nice , but this was my fault for clicking wrong button Goes Well With:Almond milk

My 'Go To' supplement
5Casein has been a part of my supplementation routine for many years. I've certainly noticed the difference when I've been without it for any period of time; including it in my diet has protected muscle loss, helped maintain lean mass and notably improved recovery from some challenging strength training sessions. Mixes well into your liquid of choice if you whisk it up first into a paste. Less so if you just use a shaker. I tend to combine it with yoghurt, sugar free syrup or quark and then add some FlavDrops for good measure! The vanilla flavour works well with banana or toffee flavour, otherwise it can be a underwhelming in taste. I find it gentle on my stomach, which is a bonus. Works well in baking too, if you're into that side of things.
