Chalky but effective
4Title is main review, it is effective but it doesn’t mix as well as other supplements, and as said can feel a little chalky whilst drinking, and once shaken it goes very frothy. It’s quite a powdery mix, as I’ve seen in another review, and also the values shown (25g protein) are based on 1.25scoops, which is obviously less convenient than one. I’m not a fan of the sweetness of this product (strawberry), but I’m hoping it’ll grow on me. Overall, although the review reads differently, I AM happy with the product, i may try mixing with different milks/yoghurts soon. Goes Well With:Milk

Great value
4Great value casein, slow release so good for pre bedtime or even during the day. Chocolate flavor is decent, wouldnt say its super fantastic but still good. Main gripe is that the single serving for 25g protein is actually 1 1/4 scoops with the given scoop in the bag, and not 1 cup as one would think. Im sure its because they mass product those scoops and it works out that way with this formula, but its just silly inconvenientGoes Well With:Usually mix with oat milk and frozen fruits

Very unhappy with this product.
1I bought this in the chocolate flavour about two weeks ago and must say I am extremely disappointed with the product. I previously used whey protein from a different brand, and in comparison this product does not mix well (and foams), tastes like cardboard, and worst of all it gives me a terrible night's sleep: I wake up with a swollen face and sore throat, despite that I have never had any signs of lactose intolerance before - in fact, I have a lot of dairy in my diet. I cannot comment on effectiveness in terms of muscle recovery as I have only used it twice.

MUCH MUCH FOAM
3This protein tastes great " Strawberry " version. But the huge letdown is the unbelievable foam forming when shaking .

Tastes good, reduces morning soreness
3I got the vanilla flavour, it tastes nice, doesn't seem to mix very well, still quite grainy but I've not used Casein before so maybe this is the norm. Morning after a heavy workout it does seem to help repair muscles faster.Goes Well With:I'm using in combination with a carb heavy shake for directly after workouts, The Whey for boost in protein intake each day, Creatine Monohydrate 30 mins before a workout and once a day on rest day (3g), then this Casein 30 mins before bed. Seeing results in improved recovery, too early to tell on size and strength gains.

Strawberry casein
4Never really enjoyed it as a shake due to the fact it foamed up lots in a shaker. Then played about a bit by only adding a small amount of water (50ml) and mixing it to a thick paste consistency....unreal tastes and looks just like angel delight!! I now look forward to it as a treat and not a foamy struggle. 👍Goes Well With:Small amount of water and mix to a paste. Just like angel delight

Great protein
5Very tasty and effective. I sleep alot better using this form of protein rather than whey. Easy to mix and I only use water in my drinks.
