Impact casein review
5Bought this casein because I was sick of the taste of my usual shake but was a bit afraid of trying something else, was real happy with it though when it came, nice chocolate flavour and mixes pretty quick with no lumps, fair price and super fast shipping apu from My Protein :)Goes Well With:Bedtime

Good macros good price but it become very foamy after shaking..
3I understand that casein protein powder is not supposed to have a delicious taste, but the issue here is that it becomes lumpy and very foamy after shaking it becomes hard to drink and makes me feel nauseous

3I’ve been using casein from Bulk and love it. As there was a sale on MyProtein and I’ve never tried their casein I thought I’d give it a go. It was alright but I think next time I’d rather pay the price and go back to Bulks’ casein. It isn’t as filling as the one from Bulk. It’s okay if you’re on a budget I guess. Goes Well With:I use milk or mix it with Fage yoghurts for more filling breakfast or dinners.

Worst protein I’ve purchased
1Unfortunately the experience with this protein is negative as there isn’t anything going for it. The taste is very bland, but the mixing/texture is horrid. It tastes very chalky and the taste only makes the experience worse. Spend the extra and get a better protein should you wish to supplement your diet.Goes Well With:The bin

5I bought this after my PT suggested it as I kept waking up in the night hungry. I have it just before bed and it works a treat. I don’t wake up at all, the slow release protein keeps me full and I sleep all night. It tastes great and has a nice thick consistency. Goes Well With:Rice Krispies

4I have used Calcium Casseinate for a decade now, and love the way it makes me feel. Its a slow release protein that keeps me nutrified through the night, and the gains I get definitely increase when I use it. I have always used Myprotein's Casein because it is great value for money and perfect for for all serious trainers!
