Good but powdery
4Seems like a good product, haven't used it that much so as to see a substantial difference. A problem I have is with the dust clouds it makes. It's very "powdery" and even closing the bag makes a dust cloud of casein which goes all over the place. Also sticks a lot to the sides of the cup so that's a bit of a nag.

Good alternative to whey
4This product is hard to mix I must admit, I’ve found that the more you stir and less you shake the better... as it produces less foam. It’s filling and keeps you going well if taken first thing in the morning. The taste is good. Goes Well With:Water, milk.

5Love this before bed, keeps you from wanting to snack late on at night, only thing is, the chocolate flavour is so messy, literally gets everywhere.Goes Well With:Milk

Powdery feel mixed with water, bitter unflavoured
2It doesn't mix well with water, you can still feel the powder, like Creatine, and the unflavoured one doesn't taste good, is bitter

Taste could be better, but the micellar casein ratio is excellent
4I've tried better taste micellar casein before, but it is the purest one I've met so far. Those stuffs were mixed with milk protein and the total micellar casein content itself was approx. 75%. This product contains only micellar casein (above 90% each serving) there is no other type of protein.Goes Well With:unflavored amino acids and water

Way too foamy in a shaker
4Bought this in strawberry and chocolate. It isn't great with water and a shaker as it foams way too much and you lose a load of the mix. I've found it best to blend either with milk, quark and water/milk, banana and water/milk and that way you can keep it creamy. The chocolate one is smoother and the strawberry mix is more gritty but when using quark or a banana this disappears. Really like this but wish there were more flavours! Salted caramel would be up there!Goes Well With:Banana or other fruit, milk and quark/greek yog maybe?

Micellar Cassein Vanilla
4Cassein's generally taste rank but are a good way to ensure that your body is getting a constant supply of protein. On opening the powder seems to fly around a bit. Also noticed that the website says 1.2 gram of carbs and 23 grams of protein per scoop. But my pack says 3 gms of carbs and 25 gm of protein per scoop. Not a big difference but might be an issue for someone who is cutting. Taste is just about ok, Not awesome but ain't that bad either when compared to other cassein's. Is a bit chalky. Previously was having Dymatize chocolate which certainly tasted better but again that was chocolate and this is vanilla so... Will order chocolate next time and see The Impact whey is far better in taste. Mixability: Mixed it in a shaker and it mixed well after a few vigorous shakes. A few times mixed it in a glass with a spoon and it still mixed well. Generally add about 180 ml of water for a scoop. Effectiveness: A bit early to comment on it as have just started having it a week back. But it does keep me full for a long time. Would buy again if on promo. A 2.5 kg pouch cost me $ 27 whereas the big brands would cost me around $ 90+.. So a bit off a trade-off on the taste but very good vfm considering the price to protein ratio.Goes Well With:Water

Great product
5This stuff is great and an excellent way to drop feed your muscles in the night. Sometimes I have it in the day when cutting and seem to lose less muscle having constant protein in me throughout the day!Goes Well With:Water or milk

3Ordered the vanilla 2.5kg - taste i must say is OK, mine mixed well, but was a little powdery on drinking it, no lumps though! Far to early to comment on anything else yet, but couldn't leave the star ratings empty so ignore the 1 star!Goes Well With:Creatine Mono
