Recovery
5I really love this product. It tastes great and you can just add it to your water and drink throughout the day. There is no rush before or after exercise. I think it’s definitely helped with my recovery and ability to go again intensely the next day.

Grape EAA
4Ok so my PT recommended this product to help me build/tone up! I ordered the Grape flavour and I have to say it is easier to drink than expected! I have only been taking it prior to the gym 3 times a week for the past two weeks, I haven’t noticed any muscular change however I do find it has increased my performance in the gym! Goes Well With:Can mix with pre workout!

Tastes good, helps when cutting
4A good option to take when intermittent fasting or doing alot of cardio alongside your lifting to help limit muscular atrophy. Tastes good, mixes well and worth the money when on sale. A little on the expensive side at RRP so stock up when on sale. I find it helps retain muscle substantially better when on a calorie deficit compared to when I don't use it.

5Lovely taste considering I don’t like protein powder!!! Initial use got a good buzz before the gym but used again and no more buzzing feeling but still good stuff!

5This is a great tasting drink that gives you that little bit extra to help get you through your training session. It mixes really easy and flavour last for ages
