5This certainly does help with weight gain,chocolate and strawberry flavour both nice,mixes well with the porridge oats and peanut butter,use full fat milk as I need to put weight on.I’d say a good all rounder if wanting weight gain and a cheaper way of doing it Goes Well With:Porridge oats and peanut butter

2Effective at weight gain Taste is very artificial, can tell it is trying to be chocolate flavoured but has a long way to go Doesn't smell great either Wouldn't recommend if you like to enjoy the taste whilst drinking

4I put on about 5 pounds in two weeks since I started using its great for putting on weight but you have to quite a lot of it to see real improvement. Overall I recommend getting to put on weight!

1Very disappointed says 30g of protein per serving but they don’t tell you 1 serving is 3 and a half scoops (100gram) which is very difficult to consume considering it’s also very thick.Goes Well With:Yogurt or water
