Horrible taste and mixability
2The effectiveness of this powder isn't great as it's mostly sugar and you have to use 3.5 scoops to get all the nutrients it says but the taste and mixabilty is horrible. The powder tastes like a weird doughy flavour and needs a ridiculous amount of milk for you not to feel like you're just drinking powder.

4I have always been sceptical about these products but since using Mtprotien it has increase my weight and helped me get through each day. I am a diabetic and with me doing anything between 12 and 20,000 steps per day i burn off a lot of weight.Goes Well With:Eating chicken for more protein
