5This has been a game-changer in achieving a high protein diet! I don’t have a huge appetite, so consuming 90-100g protein a day, along with maintaining a balance of carbs, fats etc and not feeling overwhelmed is difficult. Especially as a mum, this is just so easy to mix into a drink or add to yogurt to boost up my protein intake. I love the taste with yogurt or milk so it also helps to curb my craving for sweet things too!Goes Well With:Greek yogurt, milk.

Top quality isolate
5I’ve tried so many whey isolate products, and my protein definitely wins top place, tastes amazing, i always have the strawberry cream, tastes insane. Mixes up well, good and easy on digestive system, I have shakes 3x a day and not once had any digestive issues with this one which is great!Goes Well With:Oats, definitely with oats.
