3Very nice protein powder for a sensible price. Taste is good but a little bit on the sweet side so can be a bit sickly. Have been taking this for over 2 months and have definitely seen results

5Tastes really nice, especially the chocolate. Mixes well with milk. Noticed a difference in my muscle growth since drinking twice a day. Goes Well With:Skimmed milk
