5I’ve found this works a treat,it both helped my protein intake for muscle growth and being low in carbs,sugar etc aided me in losing weight(fat). It’s really helping me transform my body while trying to achieve the almost impossible. Probably the best tasting protein out there.Goes Well With:Creatine Monohydrate
