This is a pretty rubbish portein shake
225g (1 scoop) and 250ml of water? It creates nothing but a watery shot at best with a heavy, fake taste. It's not like other protein shakes like SCI-MX ultra whey, that actually makes a proper, tasty, well-balanced protein drink (no - I don't work for or represent sci-mx in any way whatsoever. I am just a consumer making a comparison). This is really poor. It's not that tasty, it doesn't feel like you're having a drink, and the protein is low for the calories, and it's just so watery even though its 250ml. How have you got it so wrong? Anyways, just my thoughts and it's all preference. I prefer more of an actual shake/drink. More balance. More protein. And other shakes do it far better than this one.Goes Well With:Nothing.

5Tastes just like a strawberry milkshake. Doesn't go lumpy, has a nice consistency and with 22g protein helps me feel full
