Keeps me full
4Great for post exercise keeps me full for ages and easy to mix. The meal replacement banana tastes a bit better and is creamier but this one is good too. Really nice with oat milk. Goes Well With:Oat milk

Whey Isolate
5As a newcomer to supplements and the gym I was intrigued to trying myproteins whey products - I’d heard lots of great things about it…..and can confirm what I heard was correct. The whey isolate is a great ‘whey’ to increase your protein intake daily, it mixes really well with most liquids, I use milk, and the taste is second to none, there’s no undissolved powder when drinking, there’s no bitter aftertaste. Simply the best out there! 10/10. Will be reordering. Goes Well With:Water and milks Not tried with other liquids yet but milk is my favourite.
