Great for the not so young
5When I looked at the amount of protein I was eating versus what I should be I was shocked to realise it was less than half, and I thought I ate a healthy diet! I really struggled to work out how to correct this until my daughter told me about protein powder- I thought it was just for body builders! I now have it for my breakfast with Greek yogurt and homemade granola- 40g protein consumed and so delicious and it’s brilliant to take if out for day - as some of the flavours are really sweet I also use it in baking instead of sugar - high protein cake and biscuits, what’s not to love.Goes Well With:Cerial, as a sweetener in baking, yoghurt

Scrummy!
5I bought the blueberry flavour to put in my protein porridge I make. I’ve tried it as a shake too and it’s so scrummy!! I’m going to mix it in some fat free Greek yogurt too!! Goes Well With:Porridge yogurt water or milk!

Great product!
5Great product! The chocolate brownie tastes great and not too sweet! Mixes easily in a shaker with a spring, however surprisingly mixes harder in hot milks? I’ve bought this multiple times and would never try anything else 😅

By far the best
5Have never been much of a fan of protein shakes (I mix with milk and jumbo oats in the fridge overnight for breakfast) but this is by far my favourite and i actually look forward to my breakfast now. The protein content is super high and being low fat as well is really helping me to stay on plan and hit my daily protein goal. So far have tried vanilla, white chocolate and salted caramel and will continue buying to try out more flavours!Goes Well With:Sometimes I add flavour drops in if I’m craving something really sweet - they do the trick for me

Very good taste and effectiveness
5Chocolate whey taste incredible. A real sensation of chocolate smoothie even with water !! Changes of other brands products. The quality is good and it has work very well on me. I have more gains with this products than without. Goes Well With:Water
