Super effective and keto friendly
5I have been drinking these for 4yrs on and off with my yo-yo diet. I wish it was easier to order as the customer service didn't know if this is keto friendly. But it is. 2024, I started a keto diet (clean) mix with fasting (alternate day), strength training for two hours every week. In three weeks, these are result: Fat% down by 5% Muscle up by 3% Visceral fat down by 2 Weight down by 2kg With my age, I didn't knew it is possible. Also, this is keto friendly. My ketones dropped a bit but maybe this is due to meal that I ate. Goes Well With:Keto friendly Muscle gain

Really tasty
5I’m not normally a fan of protein shakes but this is delicious. I’ve tried vanilla, coconut and chocolate brownie and have enjoyed them all. Really easy to mix and keep me feeling full. Goes Well With:I mix with water and the consistence is great

5Mixes well with water and almond milk. Great in porridge and smoothies Goes Well With:Water, almond and oat milk

Recommend Isolate
4Taste of the Chocolate Fudge is pretty good and nearly on par with the grenade equivalent shake. Recommend as an Isolate especially when on a deal!Goes Well With:Milk and oats

I’ve never gotten on with protein shakes before
5I’ve never enjoyed protein shakes in the past. They’ve always been a chore to mix and would be powdery and gritty. And taste foul no matter what I did with them. Until this product it’s tastes great and mixes so well I’ve had not a single issue sensory wise with it Goes Well With:Porridge Fage 0% and peanut butter and fruit bowl
