I have intestinal failure and can't eat food
5I have intestinal failure and can't eat food. This isolate is easily absorbed through my gut wall. I have the plain version and mix it with 700ml of orange juice. This is perfect for me as I live off a scoop of this, orange juice, milk, and 6 medical drinks per day. Either that or I'll have a feeding tube which I don't want.

Expensive but good
4Been using the Salted Caramel one mixed into porridge every morning. Tasted good and mixes easily, but it is expensive. Goes Well With:Porridge

Awful taste - Chocolate Caramel
2I ordered the caramel chocolate one and it tastes really bad. I've had been using whey powder from other brands before (always flavours from the chocolate range) which tasted very nice and decided to try this My protein one because of the low fat and carbs but the taste is simply terrible - you can mainly taste the powder, barely any chocolate flavour and what I assume is the caramel feels like some very artificial sweetener taste. I've tried it both with water and with skimmed milk, and weighted the amount of powder to make sure I was doing it as recommended. May be the price to pay for a product with such low fat and carbs but for the sake of avoiding that 1g of fat per serving of other products it really isn't worth it. I've got the new packaging so not sure if the formula has changed as comments from a couple years ago (which seem to be the main ones displayed) say that it tastes great. My partner who also takes protein shakes doesn't like it at all either. Not sure how I'm going to get through the 2kg of this that I've ordered.... :( On the possitive side the delivery was really quick and the shopping experience was very good.Goes Well With:Nothing...
