Life changing!
5Since 1st September 2023 I’ve changed my life to having a whey isolate protein shake for breakfast every morning. I’ve lost over a stone in weight. Belly and my sides have disappeared! Generally my go to is chocolate caramel, I also have natural chocolate, natural banana. I’ve had chocolate orange as well. All of them beautifully smooth!

New Packaging, New Formula?
1Just recieved a new bag of the natural chocolate powder in the the new packaging but it seems a different mix than my previous ones (which I've always rated highly). It now just seems to foam up (I mix with skimmed milk) and not settle. The taste is also pretty bad. I've even tried giving the powder a good stir up too.Goes Well With:Nothing

5The isolate supplement mixes really well, taste is great if like me you have a sweet tooth and trying to avoid bad food this is a great alternative. Working very hard in the gym at the moment and this has helped me stack on nearly a kilo of muscle in around 10 weeks.
