5Perfect isolate. Readily absorbable. Mixed well with milk, water or almond milk. My fave is the choc peanut butter but am yet to find one I don’t like. Perfect post training recovery or afternoon snack to stave off the munchies

4I used the protein shake to make a variety of baked goods or breakfasts to increase the amount of protein I take in. I think the taste of the vanilla is perfect with this one. It's got a good taste that you can use for a variety of protein based baked treats.Goes Well With:Pancakes, cookies, brownies, crepes etc .
