5This was recommended by my PT as I am a gym and nutrition novice. I can honestly say this is a great product. Easy to mix with the My Protein shaker. Great flavour to add with water post workout. Goes great when mixed in with porridge oats too.Goes Well With:Water Porridge oats

Bit lumpy
3Value for money. Bit lumpy. Tastes like a cheap milkshake you would buy from a store. They need to improve their taste on a few flavours imo.Goes Well With:Milk

4Not bad does the job. out of the 6 flavours I tried, it goes from: Natural vanilla Salted Caramel Sticky Toffee pudding chocolate Orange chocolate and banana chocolate and peanut butter ( throws up)Goes Well With:milk or whatever the f you want
