Why did it take me so long?!?
5I’ve had people tell me to try protein shakes after a workout for a long time and I’ve always been reluctant because I’m not a fan of milkshakes and things like that because they’re too heavy going. What an idiot! These are perfect post-workout, every flavour I’ve had (I get the sample sizes because I don’t like to keep having the same flavour) has been amazing, particularly rocky road, chocolate caramel and white chocolate (seriously, you need to try them!), they don’t leave you with that horrible stuffed feeling and honestly, I now spend any workout or run debating which flavour to have when I get home. Definitely, definitely my new favourite thing 😍

Chocolate Smoothhhhh
5Chocolate smooth is so nice ! I'm pretty sure it's the same one they used at Boost for the peanut chocolate protein smoothie they make (it tastes like smarties) it goes down so well after a workout ! Goes Well With:Milk, I'm a bit scared to try it with water if I'm honest

Whey protein good value.
5I have tried many flavours and thing the more desert based ones have been nailed on taste. I recently tried the apple and custard which I wasn’t a massive fan of to be honest as I felt it had an artificial taste. Mixing wise, I have found certain flavours mix better with a variety of hot or cold however the apple one struggled I found with water, and cor. Goes Well With:Oats, yog, water, milk, cake mix

5I bought 3 protein samples to try as it’s my first time using protein and the samples were so helpful to help me find the perfect protein before I bought a large bag. All flavours were lovely but the best was the cookie dough

Range of flavours tried
5This is the second time I’ve purchased the sample sachets as I am on the hunt for the perfect flavour. I couldn’t recommend these enough. Each flavour is absolutely delicious and the sachets make the perfect amount

5Blended nicely, wasn’t too thick. Perfect sweetness, but could be a bit stronger in flavour. Goes Well With:Milk
