Only thing that works for me
5I’ve tried everything. Paid a fortune for the likes of juice plus etc and nothing worked for me. This is the only thing I’ve found works and cheap as buttons! I have 2 shakes a day and a healthy tea, I still have the odd bad day but these shakes really fill you up. So far I’ve lost 7lb in 2 weeks that’s with no exercise just these shakes, only tried the vanilla so far which I love but will definitely try other flavours soon. I put just over 1 scoop in which works out about 200 calories Goes Well With:Only tried with water but it’s the healthier option than milk

Whey vanilla protein powder
5Really enjoying adding this protein powder to my smoothies. It is easily digestible and the flavour is not over powerful. I also ordered some samples of cookies and cream and latte and they did not fail to disappoint! Goes Well With:Smoothie with banana, mango and passion fruit!

I'm on my third package
5Ordered my third package of the 2,5 kg vanilla already!! I just love this. I can mix it with everything. I even mix it with milk and granola for breakfast. After workout I always make smoothies, one scoop, frozen banana, water and peanut butter. So so so good!! Thinking to get the pro one after my this. Goes Well With:Anything!! Milk, cereal, smoothie

Surprisingly not-tasty
2I bought a chocolate flavour sample, and based on the good reviews I was expecting something very different. The powder mixed well (especially with the wonderful pro shaker, genius), but the flavour was wayyyyy to sweet, but more importantly- very 'artificial'. I know it's not natural in any way, but I've tasted many different wheys and formulas, and this has a very odd and off-putting taste to it, almost metallic.

Blueberry cheesecake Flavor
5Interesting taste, very sweet, kinda buttery but good. It mixes perfectly though! Recommend to try!Goes Well With:oat milk

Great taste
5The chocolate brownie flavour is delicious! One of the best choclate flavours I have had. This whey mixes easily and is very easy on the stomach.

Love this!
5Absolutely love this! Bought this as I found I wasn’t hitting protein goals through food but was eating enough. This is a great way to add additional protein into any diet, I substitute this for in my water intake, not daily. Has lovely taste and easy to mix with no gritty texture.

Strawberry Cream whey sample
4Very nice and creamy. Not usually a fan of the fruity shakes but I wanted a wee sample to check it out after recommendations from pals. I keep a few sample packs at work just in case I have to work late or go to the gym mid-day. HandyGoes Well With:Almond milk
