5so I'm very dubious about reviews and whether they are true but I felt I should write one as I was impressed. I bought the cookies and cream protein sample it was creamy and nice but not to rich texture like a milkshake (I had mine with skimmed milk). Would recommend😋Goes Well With:milk

Impact whey protein
5I think that this protein shake tastes really good in the chocolate brownie flavour and is very good for a snack and boost of protein after a workout with low calories. I would definitely recommend this to people looking for a good tasty protein shakes which has 40 flavours to choose from.

Whey protein
4I ordered some samples of the whey to try, as I’d only ever tried salted caramel. I tried the choc orange (really nice) golden syrup (very very sweet, not my cup of tea) blueberry cheesecake ( didn’t like it) & jam roly poly ( wasn’t keen ). The salted caramel is nice and easy to drink as well as the choc orange. Goes Well With:I mix mine with water personally but mix in with porridge also l.

Good value and tastes better than expected
5Recently recommended to increase my daily protein intake as part of a weight training programme and a gym friend recommended this brand, although I was a little hesitant having read some reviews about the palatability/ over-sweetness. I opted for the smooth chocolate flavour and bought a 5kg bag as it was the best value. I add to water only and blitz in a nutri-bullet for a few seconds to mix it nicely, and I am actually very impressed with the pleasant taste! I do not have a particularly sweet tooth and it is fine for me. I have no complaints at all and will continue to purchase.Goes Well With:Water

Opportunity to try flavours
5Good quality, bought 5 samples to pick my favourite for next full bag purchase. Favourite was Mocha, and will purchase alongside more samples when current batches runs out. Would like to try more flavours so other sample options would be nice, but these sample pouches are a good start.

Tim Hortons Iced Capp
3I purchased random flavoured samples - nothing ticked the boxes for me like the latte flavoured whey protein. If you’ve ever tried an Iced Capp from Tim Hortons, this is exactly what it tastes like. For a coffee lover like myself, this was a bit sweet for me, but nevertheless worth purchasing given the strong smelling and tasting coffee kick that goes with itGoes Well With:Milk and ice
