5With the amount of training pills I take already, to take anymore, puts me off so this product is great as it mix’s well meaning you can’t even taste the L-Glutamine.Goes Well With:Orange or Blackcurrant Squash.

Great product
5Great product - I mix ti with my collagen protein powder everyday. It mixes well and has no impact on the taste of my shake. Great quality for price and definitely has a good effect on my muscle recovery. Also very easy on the stomach

Smell terrible and taste as terribly
1This product smell like yeast and even mixed with chocolate protein you can feel the terrible taste.

Good for DOMS
4Fairly tasteless and mixable. Seems to help with DOMS. As a vegetrian who works out a lot I feel I need to increase my dose, so I take this when I know I will be training hard. Goes Well With:Fine in water but nicer in juice.I add bcaas and creatine, taurine etc

Surprisingly tastle-ish
5Great for the stomach, plus keeps you lean, and surprisingly tasteless-is. Tastes a little like sparkling water. Drinkable anyway.Goes Well With:Good old Pani
