Great product
4Easy to swallow with other tablets from my protien. I’ve noticed a big difference in my recovery times after hitting the gym and I’d recommend this product to anyone going to the gym consistently.

Works well, powder is better...
3Great product, but the size of the tablets are a bit mad... The powder is a bit 'bitty' but works just as well, and much easier to consume. Buy it, just go for the powder. Or, stick 3 tablets in a small glass of water, swish around, and drink. Might aswell buy the powder though.

5Pretty good, does what it says on the tin. I dont mix this stuff in anything personally so nice to have 4 before a workout and its done rather than having to mix in with the pre work out. The tabs are CHUNKY so if you cant swallow pills you'll struggle.

Size of a bullet
4It comes in a nice small bottle and I have been using it for almost a month now. The only one issue with the tablets are that they are very big so very hard to swallow.

5I've stepped up my training so was looking for something a little extra to help my muscles repair, these do the job. I can feel a big difference. Yes they are big but with no taste so are easily swallowed. Goes Well With:Water
